The technical organization of the trips included in this site is the responsibility of Tour Operators, properly identified and of Time to Scape, Lda - RNAVT: 4131.
In the registration the customer must deposit 25% of the travel price, liquidating the remaining 75% up to 21 days before departure. If the registration takes place 21 days or less from the date of departure, the total price of the trip must be paid upon registration, getting this conditional on obtaining the suppliers confirmation of bookings for all travel services and reconfirmation of final price. The Agency reserves the right to cancel any registration of which payment has been made under the above conditions.
For each booking, a service fee of 10€ will be charged non-refundable
Will be reviewed case by case, when considering the legal penalties and possible changes to the final price. If you cannot make the change, the customer will be subject to the relevant costs and charges in the "Dropouts" section.
ASSIGNMENT OF REGISTRATION
The customer may assign his registration, making himself replaced by another person who satisfies all the conditions required for their trip by giving notice to the selling agency at least 21 days in advance and provided that the airline or other supplier accept the change name. The assignment of registration severally responsible for the transferor and the transferee by the payment of the price of the trip and the originating additional charges.
1. The customer is obliged to complain to the entity providing the services at the time of removal, damage or destruction of baggage.
2. In international transport, in case of damage to baggage, the complaint must be made in writing to the carrier immediately after checking the damage and not later than seven days after its delivery. Being in case the mere delay in delivery of baggage complaint must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery of the same.
3. The presentation of such claim will be essential foundation for the operation of the Agency responsibility on the provider of the service.
4. The agency's liability shall be limited to the maximum amount payable to entities providing services under the Montreal Convention of 28 May 1999 on International Air Transport.
Where there are reasons beyond what is justified, the organizing agency may change the order of tracks, change the departure times or substitute any of the hotels provided by other similar category. If unforeseen circumstances force them to suspend any trips, customers will always be entitled to a refund of amounts paid.
AMENDMENT TO PRICE
The constant prices of the program are based on the costs of services and exchange rates prevailing at the time of printing of this program and are therefore subject to change resulting from variations in the cost of transport or fuel, duties, taxes and currency fluctuations. Whenever there is a change to the price of the trip, the customer will be immediately informed and invited to, within the required time period, accept the increase or unsubscribe from the same terms and conditions as set out under the heading "Impossibility of compliance ".
Once started the trip is not due any refund for services not used by the customer. The non-performance of services provided in the travel program for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency, and if not replaced by other equivalent, gives the customer the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of the services provided and the actual work performed.
It may only be considered if they are tabled in writing and within a period not exceeding 20 days after the end of service delivery. This information can only be accepted if they have been communicated to suppliers (airlines, hotels, local agents, etc.) during the journey or stay the course, requiring them their proof of the occurrence.
PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS BY AGENCY
The agency reserves the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than the minimum required. In these cases the customer will be informed in writing of the cancellation within 8 days in advance, and there is, in this case, liability for termination of the agency.
The client should have in good order all your personal or family documentation (passports, identity cards, permits for minors, visas, vaccination certificates and other possibly required). Ballots or birth seats are not valid as a travel document. The organizing agency declines any responsibility for the refusal of the visa, or non-permission of customer entry into a foreign country; these cases apply the conditions for the cancellation of the trip, still being of every client account and any cost that the situation leads. Travel in the European Union, customers must be in possession of their European Health Insurance Card to obtain medical assistance.
The issuance of travel documents (airline tickets and vouchers) is subject to contractual conditions of group travel, so they may not be issued with a great advance of the departure date. In exceptional conditions imposed by providers, emissions will have to be anticipated.
SEATS ON THE BUS
During the circuit, the seats on the bus will be occupied daily on a rotating basis.
Meals included, whether in restaurants or in hotels, will be served to the group on a fixed schedule and with the same menu for all participants and cannot be changes.
Most hotels of this brochure do not have triple rooms. When accepted by the hotel accommodation of 3 people in the same room, it will be carried out in a double room with extra bed, which may not be identical in quality and comfort.
HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hours of arrival and departure in each city are in the time zone of the respective country and in accordance with the timetable indicated by the transportation companies the time of publication of this program and are therefore subject to change. The trips made wholly or partly by bus, the times indicated are approximate. In all Subject to setting the delay means of transport resulting from technical or other reasons related either with their own means of transport or with shipping companies also due to natural causes.
At any time the passenger may give up the trip by written communication, being entitled to a refund of amounts paid deducted from the following expenses;
1- expenses management, are spending the organizing agency and the seller agency have had to obtain the travel reservations and even a percentage of up to 15% of the price of the trip (minimum 25.00€ per passenger).
2- Costs of cancellation are non-refundable spending by hotels, ground transportation and accompanied visits.
3 Spending on airline tickets when they are subject to specific conditions and cannot be reimbursed after issued.
The prices mentioned already reflect the tax on value added tax (IVA) at the current rate.
